PSP-dashboards: Development and implementation of dashboards for a follow-up and operational project steering of over 10 patient support programmes in diabetes.
Objective:
- Develop a data model for an operational follow-up
- Infuse quality culture among PSP managers, determine and implement standards for patient care and for operational steering
- Harmonise information feedback in 10+ PSP and produce reports and dashboards to the main management team
- Suggest projects for organisation’s evolutions and methods for rollout in branches
Timescale:
2014-2016 (3 years).
Méthods:
- Development of the ID-cards for every PSP
- Development of harmonised KPIs and dashboards
- Development of the methodology for information feedback (over 3 years)
- Training for managers: e-workshops, tutorials, toolbox, examples and good practice sharing
- Quarterly follow-up of the information feedback in 10+ countries over 3 years
- Special assistance to branches in cost audits, implementation of service’s update, information feedback
Résults:
- Development of a reference methodology (Toolbox)
- Supply to the management team of steering tools and updates for 3 years
- Special assistance to 5 branches to update their service model
